Who Are Rob and Rhi...
Hi, we’re Rob and Rhi — a husband-and-wife duo navigating life, parenting, and entrepreneurship side by side. We’ve been married 14 years, raising two amazing boys, Austin and Tanner, along with our fluffy sidekick, Ducky.
Rhi’s battle with an autoimmune disease shifted everything for our family. We began focusing on clean food, toxin-free products, and what we put on our skin and scalp. That journey sparked our passion for truly clean beauty and wellness — and ultimately led us here.
Rhi brings 20+ years of customer service and leadership experience and has spent the past five years building a top-performing network marketing team rooted in community and integrity. Rob’s background is in operations and project management, and in 2024 he left the corporate world after 20 years to join Rhi full-time, bringing systems and strategy to our businesses.
When the founders of FermaGlo approached us to help build and launch the company, we knew we could bring something special: Rhi’s expertise in relationships and culture paired with Rob’s skills in operations and strategy.
